Vintage British Rail Overcoat

This is a really lovely piece of British history, in coat form. A British Rail issued overcoat in a lovely thick navy wool.

All the fastenings are very secure plastic buttons with moulded British Rail logos on.

There are two arm patches embroidered on the outer upper arm, depicting the famous British Rail logo.

There are a few areas of light thinning to areas of the coat, as shown in the photos. Some to the back shoulder, some to the edges at the front.

Approximate measurements when laid flat and measured externally are:

Shoulders: 20.5”/52cms

Chest: 21.5”/55cms

Hip: 24”/61cms

Length: 31.5”/80cms

Sleeve length: 26”/66cms
