1980’s White Raffia Handbag

This is a really cute easy to use vintage handbag, in an off-white colour.

The woven plastic raffia background is embellished with a trio is sweet flowers in lilac, yellow and pink.

The strap is plastic woven rope and could be adjusted by tying off sections (as shown has happened in its past by a few kinks in the rope). The strap is attached using gold coloured hoops either side, so the bag can be used as a shoulder bag. Or tuck the strap inside to use as a clutch.

The bag is rather flat when empty so is easy to store. There are a few marks on the edges that are difficult to document in photos because they’re so minimal.

10”/25.5cms x 8.5”/21.5cms
